Tyvek® wristbands are often referred to as paper wristbands. Tyvek® is a paper-like material made exclusively by DuPont™. Although Tyvek® wristbands have become synonymous with paper wristbands, not all 'paper wristbands' are the same. Tyvek® wristbands are known for being comfortable with a lightweight feel, but also strong and tear-resistant. They offer the perfect mix of wearability while providing safety and security to prevent transferring the wristband to another person. Other paper wristbands may be slightly more economical, but feel scratchy on the skin, can tear or rip easily, and may not have the same polished look if custom printing is needed.

Yes, Tyvek is waterproof and tear-proof. They can be used at waterparks and won't come off from a shower, which is why they can be called Tyvek® waterproof wristbands. Our neon wristbands for events at water parks are great because they are bright making them easily visible. Our Tyvek® variety pack includes our neon colors in 1 pack (neon green, neon blue, neon red, neon orange, and neon yellow).

All Tyvek® disposable wristbands are recyclable.  For more information on where and how to recycle your disposable Tyvek® wristbands, please visit the DuPont™ website

Tyvek® is not known to cause allergic reactions since the material is pH neutral. This makes it a safe option for humans and animals.

Tyvek® wristbands are extremely durable and perform best when used for short-term events (typically 1-2 days in duration). Our paper bracelets for events are purposeful for keeping events secure as they aren't reusable. Once they are attached on the wrist, you can't take it off and reattach it. However, our Tyvek® stock is huge meaning we will always have in stock wristbands.

Yes, the adhesive on our wristbands is made to be so durable it does not come off in water and when you remove the wristband, the adhesive will destroy the die cut.

Tyvek® wristbands are made with 100% DuPont™ Tyvek®, a high-density, paper-like material that is lightweight yet durable, comfortable, and water/tear-resistant. These identification solutions are ideal for short-term events (roughly 1-2 days in duration) due to their secure adhesive closure and cost-effectiveness.
